cant change gamer picture?

ok I can change my gamer picture to pictures that dont have to be downloaded(ones that come with the 360 or ones you unlock in games) but when I download gamer pictures from the market place and go to make it my gamer picture, I click the picture I want and nothing hapens?? any help??

this makes me mad I want to make my gamer picture that bounce ball with eyes(the one I had for a long time)

I have no clue man. What you should do is contact Microsoft Support, or maybe browse the Xbox forums to see if anyone is having similar problems.

You have to pay for it.

It is part of the downloads for NCAA football. I think it cost 80 Marketplace points. You get a three pack that has the OSU Athletic logo, the Helmet with Buckeye leaves on it and Brutus.
