That was the absolute worst thing about that game. If you shot fast enough just using a normal controller it would limit you to 3 shots in a 15 second period. Dumb as hell, I died so many times because my gun wouldn't shoot, that's why I never made it to 10th prestige, got so pissed they did stupid shit like that I just sold it.
