The code didn't work for me. You enter it in the Shift Code area in the menu of the game, right?
Also, anyone else just not finding the Michael guy in Sanctuary that gets you the Achievement? And I can't find Donkey Mong, either. King Mong is always there but never Donkey. I have 3 characters, one on TVHM and never found either of them.
Edit: Got Donkey Mong not 5 freakin' minutes after posting this. Still can't find Michael after multiple tries over multiple accounts.

The code didn't work because it was posted yesterday morning and was only good for an hour or so. I'm assuming you tried it today.
As for Michael Mamaril, he only has a 10% chance of spawning. So every time you enter in to sanctuary, make a trip around to see if he is there. Just check all of his known spots.

Just found him. It always seems to go if you post about your frustrations and ask for help from the internet you get what you asked for minutes later.

The first time I played Borderlands 2 he'd show up almost every single time I'd go back to Sanctuary. Now that I had to start over he's only shown up twice throughout the entire game.

That's because his spawn rate was messed up when the game first came out. He would show up a lot, until a certain point on the game, then it would go down to 10% were it was suppose to be. The last patch they did to the game fixed this since he is suppose to be rare. So now it is always at 10% were they wanted him to be.

Just a few more Achievements for me. The ones I see being the biggest pains in the ass are for completing at least 1 level of all of the challenges, beating Terramorphus and Hyperius.

You also need to defeat Master Gee the Invincible too.

Got Donkey Mong earlier this morning; before switching games from our system link, I continued a regular playthrough and went to Eridium Blight to the spot.
He wasn't there initially, so I just drove around that area killing bullymongs then out of nowhere Donkey Mong showed up.
Also when you kill him, go up to him and hit X to clip his tie, it's for a challenege.
Where/what is Master Gee?

Theres a really simple way to beat him by yourself by hiding behind the rock, the strategy works really well if u have nobody else to help you fight him, ive beat him 3 times with this method solo, heres thew link to the youtube video showing how
