so far im extremely displeased with the new DLC. the map layout is awful and loot sucks ass.

They've already stated that it's impossible for them to raise the level cap. Don't exactly remember what the reason was but yeah, you aren't going any higher than level 50 in Borderlands 2.
This is the reason why I'm not buying anything from Gearbox ever again.
If I remember correctly they said they couldn't increase the cap without breaking the game. Not sure what would have been broken... Maybe the character level perks or w/e they are called?

Thanks for that post Mudkip, I know I had read about that, but I didn't know if that was supposed to be an "official" announcement that the level cap was not going up.
I liked the game but the first DLC (the only one I've played) didn't make me super excited to do further DLC. I'll probably wrap up the game once they release the last DLC pack. Though with that TA ratio bump I'll probably change my tune depending on the release date
