You can certainly keep an eye out for it but you'll prolly never see any Great Lakes out there unless you find it online at beerjobber.com or some other specialized beer site. They don't ship much outside of Ohio let alone west of the Mississippi. If you do ever come across some,
I highly recommend the Dortmunder Gold which is available year round and prolly their most popular brew.

We used to have a beer at the store called Beer. It was in a plain white can and in bold black letters it simply said BEER it was 2.99 for a 24pk. The funny thing is, it wasn't that bad.

I am not much of a beer drinker but the District Chop House in Washington DC has an awesome bourbon stout. Just wish there was something similar around here. Mmmm... Sooooo good.

Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy my new favorite summer brew. I see Labatt is selling a Shandy south of the border now too but haven't tried it yet.

I can only drink 1 or 2 of the summer shandy, it wat too sweet to drink a lot if it at one time.

Shock Top's Lemon Shandy is great too.
