so when your on the event page for the people going to boost together they can just press a button to send a friend reguest . and something next to there name to show how reliable they are to boost or somein close to it ?

NO ;) you can click on their name from the event page and I think it takes you to their xbox.com page where you can send a f/r, but not positive, it at least takes you to their xba profile where you can then do the same thing with an extra click of the mouse though. From experience it seems like it's actually a pain to organize events on this site, people usually don't show up, I just use TA for that.

Now that part sounds like a great idea to me. Possibly add in like a rating system that people participating in the event can afterwards use with a scale something like:

0 - did not show
1 - Showed but for limited time or held group back
2- Boosted but did not totally support main goal/tried to do other things
3 - Player was an ineffective booster
4 - Player boosted, did well but could be better
5 - No complaints, great partner, couldn't be better.

Where the player needs X number of ratings to get a score which is then visible on the events page.
