Xbox Live will be down for approximately 4 hours on Monday September 10th. The outage will begin at 5:01 a.m. EST and will be for an upgrade. Not sure of the exact nature of the outage, but it will probably not be the fall update, which traditionally takes place in November.

It actually says it will be down at 5:00 A.M. EST. Not 5 P.M. I was taken aback as well thinking that I wouldnt be able to play at 4:00 p.m. (my time) but then quickly realized that the outage would be in the morning.
