Ok, so im sure we all noticed the 5 year career of the OG Xbox. Great games, and probably one the best things ever offered...Xbox LIVE. So ive been use to the whole 5 year plan for lots of consoles. Im usually use to converting into the new thing. But Xbox is killing me right now. I mean are they making a new system? Will they announce it? what will become of Gamerscores, and achievements on a new console? How will they do backwards compat? I am just struggling to come up with a theory about a new Xbox. Which leads to the point of this thread. What do you think Microsoft is gonna do? Will they not even make a new console, since PS3 is a 10 year console as Sony claims. I dont know, just spill your heart out about this topic on here!!

personally, i'm still on my first 360.
haven't even gone elite yet.
i'm fine with it, and don't care for another machine at this point.
we have something really powerful here. 10 years ago i asked myself "HOW could they make something with better graphics? it's not possible!" and yet here i am again, asking the same question. i know it will get better, but i'm okay with where we are lol. it's mind boggling, but yes, there will be a better, more powerful console in the future.
lord only knows what awaits us gamers.
as a side note (and not trying to sound like an ass) you only have a GS of 22K. there are SO many 360 games you haven't experienced bro. i haven't looked at your list though, so maybe you've played the best of the best. and you can quote me when i say that your GS and achievements will continue to grow with the next console.

Yeah i just had to let you know. lol. But i dont rip any more, i kinda became a supporter against doing such things. I want the devs who make these great games to get money for it. Yes i do own a elite, the Resident Evil Limited Edition one actually.
