I agree with what Lady Evol and Top dogs are saying, which is why I made this Thread, so we could get new ideas for it from the community here and make it our own. But so far everyones been submitting names and not improvisations
We have the community, x360a has the guides
we make our own [ guides, x360a has nothing.
Also just to improve the general quality and value of the site

Well theres really nothing we can do with this in the forums. Jackson would have to make a "cheats" tab like Gamefaqs does or something along those lines in order for it to work. Otherwise it would just get lost in the forums. And you would need over 700 separate thread to cover each game.
damn you lol , you quoted me before i saw my own post and fixed the color.
Anyway, if you look at my first post in here you'll see what i had in mind for organization.( attachment and self-quote)

Just to clarify, if we go ahead with a guide system, plagiarism will not be tolerated. There are automatic methods of detecting plagiarism on the internet, which we would use. In addition, I think we have the resources to manually ensure all guides are owned by their submitters.

this is good but please no award if you create one not all off us can make these
I agree with no award, it will keep only real guides being made and not cheap, crappy thrown together guides just for the sake of the award.

I have to agree with this idea, of no awards for the sake of quality.
But on the flip side
If an award was made for making so and so many Approved guides, or maybe make a guide with 100 more positive reviews then negative ones, then that could inspire greatness.
But just for submitting a guide, that would lead to spam, yes.

I think we should have to sign up for the game that we want to map. Then you have to have proof that you have completed said game.
My biggest problem with X360A, or any achievement site, is that people slap together some stupid half-assed guide with little to no effort just to be the first person to make a guide. Then you check their gamertag to see that they have 300 points on the game. Then you end up with 4 or 5 guides that the mods have to delete because there can only be one. That person gets flamed by everybody because their guide sucks and it is anarchy.
I'm not saying you should submit a completed guide, per se, just that we shouldn't have 8 people racing to throw together the official Avatar TLA roadmap before everyone else because that formula NEVER equals quality! Just a sign up and approval system to get the best guides made by gamers who know what they are doing. In that case, there will be need for a mod/mods that can keep that shit in order and make sure that everything stays neat and orderly.
