The Phoenix Write series for DS it is my all time favorite hand held games of all time and its for the DS! I would recommend you buy the first one and if you like it buy all the other ones.

On the PSP, any Hot Shots golf game is a must if you like golf. I also enjoy the ATV games for the free ride and tricks, especially if looking for a time killer...

I own both, really like both alot and for DS well New Super Mario Brothers, Kirby Canvas Curse and Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass are great. For PSP well Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, Loco Roco and Silent Hill: Origins I had a blast with, playing thru God of War: Chains of Olypmus which is a must if you like the series in any form.
Just enjoy both as each are great in their own special ways
