Well it started as a joke! I called my older adopted brother Ricky (R.I.P.) "Animal" from the Muppets If you saw him, after band practice! (and yes! he played the drums) No shirt and reddish curly fro type hair you got it! It stuck at age 14, I was 12. So, a couple of days passed and all his friends started only calling him "Animal" He tried to get me back by calling me Gonzo. Okay I said! Ted Nugent is one of my favorite guitarist (It's 1978)" He said "No you look like the Muppet Gonzo" Everybody that knew my brother, said "No way"! Plus, I have a very small nose! So, I liked the nick name Ricky aka Animal gave me! Plus, he was the only one to call me that. Then the worst thing a family can go through... A drunk driver killed my big brother, Ricky was riding a motorcycle home at 4pm. A B*tch ran a stop sign a killed him. A week after he died, All my brothers friends started calling me Gonzo. No matter where I was - the Mall, at school anywhere and everywhere! I have had that ever since. My initials were DAV on video games then I changed them to GZO. First email = gonzothegr8. On Xbox in '01, it was Gonzo1123 but, everyone thought I was Gonzales or Mexican or Spanish. So, I switched it to Gonzo the Gr8!

I think the year was '96.... I was in 6th grade computer class, and all those silly "Pimp-Your-Name," sites were popping up. My friend and I were doing what unsupervised 6th graders do in computer class, namely surfing the web looking at stupid shit.
"Trick Tickler" was part of whatever tard-tastic name the thing generated for me... and for whatever reason when I was on the spot trying to think of what name to use, that's all I could come up with, never really thought to change it after that point. Oh, and the "925" is for my area code here in Northern California.
Pretty ho-hum.

Well, "Xtreme" comes from two things, It comes from one major fact that people always call me "Xtreeeemmmeee!" in school because I do crazy stuff like jump off tables and lockers. At least, I USED to do that, it was so much fun! The other reason is because I have a favorite wrestler called "Jeff Hardy", he was as Xtreme as it gets in the wrestling world, jumping off a 20 foot ladder!

I don't know why, but I am always more awake and alert in the night and just love playing games in the dark more than I do in the light. I also have a favorite video game character right behind Sonic. His name is "NiGHTS", he is a joker like figure that flies through hoops to pass a level and he makes these "nightmares" go away while helping two kids in their dreams try to get over their fears.
