nice fur lip! are you a cop by chance?
nice ride taco....when you get it? does it have the big block engine in it? you should find out. it's prob a 302 or 351 small block - still very nice!
i've got a '89 mustang with about $10, 000 in engine mods, about 500 horsepower, and i've had it since '92. it's currently storing. i also have my daily driver, my f-250 crew cab v-10 that has about 475 horsepower and 700 ft-pounds of torque. i hope to be trading it in this summer for the same truck with the diesel though. then there's the wifes ride-2008 volvo xc90 suv, she likes it but its meh to me, definitely made for chix or smaller people. but i mostly drive the company van at work-2005 chevy 2500 van-i hates it!!

I'm with you on this one - my wife wants a bike and I don't.
My cousin got wrecked on a bike on the freeway - he's lucky to be alive.
It's not unmanly to want to be around for your family
It's not a manly thing at all, I grew up around motorcycles, and if you ride carefully, while there is still a chance of an accident, just like in a car. I actually feel safer on my bike because it's so much easier to maneuver that my car. It is so much easier to avoid a bad situation. Plus, there is a difference between riding, and riding like a jerk off, doing 140 on one tire down the freeway, that's just asking for trouble. And as long as you're wearing your helmet, jacket, gloves, boots and pants, you're going to walk away much better off then some people who I see riding, jeans, wife beater, and flip flops...common sense is lacking in some people I guess.

Ain't that the truth. A week or so ago we had a really nice day and we came across this moron that thought it'd be smart to weave through the vehicles by the mall.

obviously, you have to be cautious. but the fact remains man, you could be going under the speed limit through a green light and some drunk going 95 in a hemmi could smash right into you. i just think it's too risky.
not really related to the paragraph above, but a couple months ago my mom got a DUI. she was sitting at a red light, in her car, and when the light turned green she started driving. some lady on a motorcycle hit her and got royally Fd up.
not sure how fast the lady on the bike was going, but my mom couldn't have been going more than 10-15. of course, my mom getting the DUI is beside the point, but the lady on the bike caused the wreck.
