Well i dont feel sorry for them either, i was just saying that you don't need the credit card # anymore. But it sill could happen even if they didn't give out there info. Thats why ppl need 2 learn to keep it hush hush and not tell ppl that you have the recon. Also they should learn to change there password for there email every 2-3 months or even every every 1-2 months.
And i agree with D3ADLYKILL3R that is sad that ppl would do that "if it did happen" for some stupid armor. But it was funny as Hell over @ bungie.net when ppl were saying "thats not right we cant have it blah blah blah, bungie owes us an apology"

Captain, I know Skyllus and Arctic personally and have played on Live with them, and this is a very real situation. It has happened before and will happen again as long as the Microsoft Xbox customer care continues to give out information without properly confirming accounts.
Also, I doubt they want you to feel sorry for them, they just want people to help put pressure on MS support to make it right, as they were the cause for the situation in the first place.

My friend knows how to hack accounts. So it is very possible. I won't tell anyone how though. But I know how as well. So it is extremely possible.

Believe me when I say, I'm not looking for your sympathy. Regardless of whether you believe me or not, I have 3 charges on my credit card that I didn't make, therefore prompting me to "file for credit card fraud." So legal authorities will believe me.
This is a real issue and the more oblivious people are to it, the less chance there is to rectify the problem. I don't care about my account (I had 2 others) my concern is for the safety of my privacy and credit information, as well as those of my friends and fellow gamers; that of which Microsoft is supposed to be PROTECTING.
Being ignorant to the issue doesn't help in the long run. I don't mean to come off as rude, I respect your opinion, but wake up here man.

that shits crazy!!!!!!!! I believe accounts can be hacked, and I think there should be some kind of legal action taken on those that do hack them.
