WOW.... or should i say W@W LOLZ!
alright... not funny. i already did. i know....

NEwayz, i just got the game tonight.
traditionally, every COD game i play, i play on vet the first time. every time.
tonight was no exception.

i died many, many times during the first level.
finally got it though. and was quite relieved. truly epic balls, right?
but then... the unthinkable happened...

level 2........... D DAY?!?!?!!?

i spent weeks of my cod2 campaign shooting and running and gunning, only to think, at the very end, it's finally over. well, huh huh, i was WRONG.
how could this HAPPEN!? GOD i hated DDAY... and it's happening all over!!!

this is a sympathy thread, by the way.
so go ahead and feel bad for me. and feel free to go off topic, if need be!

I've been thinking of picking up this game for awhile. How is it so far? I heard it's basically a watered down version of COD4 which is probably what has kept me from getting it so far.. that and the plethora of awesome games out right now.

im getting it for Christmas. Only because I like WWII weapons, but not the WWII campaigns. I dont know why. Plus, I loved the Modern Warfare multiplayer. So thisll be something new to be addicted to.

lol D-day is not in CoD W@W, your storming a Japenese beach on the second level, not Normandy.

BTW I love Jack Bauer in this game!

wellll it looks and plays alot like dday lol.
and mask, i've only gotten to the second level but i'm loving it.
graphics are supreme as well.

Isn't campaign on this online co-op? Does that still retain acheivements?

Anyway, I'm getting this for Christmas, after then someone hit me up and we'll get these!

i think some of the campaign me be co-op? not sure yet.
i beat level 1 by myself and got an achievement. all i know.

i never 1Kd cod 3 either. if you ever wanna' try boosting it let me know!

The whole campaign can be played 4 player co-op and there are seperate achievements for it.

... some missions say "single player" and others say "single player OR co-op"...
i just googled the list, and there's still a missing secret cheevo but as far as i can tell there's no achievement for completing the entire campaign with 3 other people.

if that's not what you meant nevermind lol.

Theres really not much of a difference in beating W@W with Co-op, the differences are in the levels.
In some levels you skip or have different intros and dialogue in the game.
But still its fun to play with Co-op and its crazy playing Nazi Zombies

either way, i really don't care at this point.
this game makes me wanna' pull out my private hairs.
i'm on "burn 'em up" or whatever and i can't stand this shit! GRRRR!!!

i was liking this game alot at first, but i have some major gripes.
the enemies use WAYYY too many grenades. it's like a goddamn hot-potato festival.
secondly, adaptive difficulty much?
i'm no noob when it comes to COD but holy shit.
i get my checkpoint, get used to the line of fire ahead of me, die a few times, and then BAM.
one more sniper here, 2 more ground units there, yada yada.

GGGGRRRRR...
i'm just going to go to bed now. when i start up my 360 in the morning after a good night's sleep all will be well and i will conquer this call of duty like all the others. :yes:
