This is a really good achievement guide, the only problem I see is with the insane difficulty achievement is that the last match could be different than what was in the guide. Like the end of Act 3, the guide said that the last match was a Team Deathmatch but I played it before a CTF match, so the last match for me was a Capture the flag match, not TDM. But other than that a really good guide.

Hello everyone.
But anyways with the insane achievement.
The maps/matches that he posted can be correct.
All u have to do is make sure u skip that map that is posted and do the other one that it gives u on novice.
And later on the map that is posted will appear by itself and that is the last map of the chapter.
And also me and a buddy of mine will be going for the Chapter 2, 3, and 4 achievement on insane tonight so if anybody would like to join us hit me up with a friend request on xbox live.
But anyways with the insane achievement.
