Are you guys serious with this crap? Even in a suggestion forum, you still manage to bring it off topic; and to attack a former member, no less. Unfortunately for Livewire, that has to be the most intelligent post I think I have ever read from him (the first comment, not subsequent ones). I have to say this, because I've sat by and watched for so long that I have almost bitten my tongue off.

Firstly, Livewire, you are incorrect; Meg was not the only one complaining. Yes, she was the only one who spoke her mind out loud, but I know more than a few members that whole-heartedly agree with her, and before you go off no, they did not even know her or play a game with her. As for XbA Nights, if you dig up old posts like I know you love to do, then you will see that I originally came up with the idea of XbA Nights, held them with lagging interest, and let the subject drop off until TK was kind enough to take up the mantle, as it were. The idea of XbA Nights originally started after night after night of playing games with friends I had met on here, none of which post any more. I wonder why that is

As for the amount of stupid posts and going off topic, do as you will. XbA has only ever needed one admin, because when I joined there was always respect between each other; topics remained on topic and no one flamed any one. Members of XbA were more like friends you haven't met yet; more than half my friends list is filled with older members. Now, every time I sit down to read the board with what little free time I have, I come to the sad realization that it is not the quantity of posts a site receives in a day, but the quality of posts.

When I first joined XbA, there was maybe one new thread a day, but when that thread was made, everyone held an intelligent part of the conversation. Granted, XbA has grown now. Yes, the board has grown but I cannot say that it has matured. I would rather see one or two new topics about something video-game related, since that's what this site has been related to since its inception, than ten retarded topics and five that look interesting, but when I go to read them they fall apart half way through. By the time I get to the end, I forget what the topic was pertaining to.

Sure, this site is for everyone to have fun on; but if everything goes off topic, then what is the point? Now every thread I go to reads something like Livewire, Taco, Livewire, Livewire, Taco, Raine, and possibly Kidd Cartel whenever he is kind enough to grace us with his presence. It it is getting quite sickening, in all honesty. It seems we have drove out many to service a few, and I cannot agree with that. Has anyone not noticed the lack of posting by anyone who used to be large contributors? I cannot and won't speak for Z, but I do know that he used to be on top of this when he had the time. Sadly even he left, to what reasons I cannot say, and while site registration is at the highest I have ever seen it, active members are at their lowest.

Yes, I do realize that I am a hypocrite, talking about the off topic posting while I myself am guilty of it right now. I am not saying that everything has to be on topic all the time or your post will be deleted, but what I am saying is that when I come to a topic such as this, which suggested a Social Gaming section in the suggestion forum, and then not even the second post starts to go widely off topic, it annoys me more than a little. By the time I reach the end, I see posts about pizza rolls and have to look up at the banner to remind me exactly what the thread was originally about. A few of you thought it was funny when thread-jacking and off topic posting came around, but I assure you that it is not. I do not want to insult or start a war here, just speaking my mind because I am tired of being silent. I used to think that you all got along with Taco so well because he was mature for his age, now I have realized that you all just act like your 13. Whatever works for you...

Take this how you will; I am sure my comments won't matter much to you anyway, and they should not. If your feelings get hurt by something someone says to you on a virtual message board, then get off the Internet. If you really have a problem with what I said, hit me up with a message and we will see who is correct on Live, where I'll blow you to pieces with my shotgun.

Anways I digress, back on topic; this would not be a bad idea. While we do this already posting topics in areas looking for members to boost with, it would be nice to have it all kept neatly in one forum.

I appreciate the post and I actually caught on to the spam in the thread. That is what you moderators are for. To actually spank the crap out of those who violate the rules. Also, I appreciate your reply and the replies of those who actually stayed on topic...

It would make it a lot easier to look for a certain game that you may need help with, or plainly to help you boost your GS. Instead of having to post a random thread and never get a reply.

Yea that is what moderators are for, but they don't do it too often. The threads usually go haywire and span out into about 3 different conversations in one. Very rarely sticking with the original topic.

You are PMS right?

By the way, I live a tough life defending this Country. I wish I was a no life like you. As for me being a "kiss ass", if responding to a member positively rather than saying FUCK YOU every post is the act of kiss assing, then I am the French kiss ass.
