Yes. Our government was behind 9/11 and they still try and cover it up. They need to stop lying and tell us the truth.

Lol. Wow, not the point of that movie. The point of that movie is the government didn't tell us the whole truth. Even those who were involved in making that movie admit its not 100% truth. They specifically said they left false stuff in there so you would go do research on your own to try to discredit them. See this
article
The whole point is to not just believe what is fed to you by mainstream media, to investigate things yourself. But if you believe everything you hear from someone else its just as bad.

I can believe that some higher ups within our government knew SOMETHING was going to happen. But not what, when, and where. I seriously cannot believe that there are people out there who thing George W. sat behind a desk and planned the whole thing. IDIOTS.
If anything concerning 9/11 and the Iraq war. His cabinet and people he relies on for information lied to him. He's already said he believed trusted advisers on things that shouldnt have...

Alice in Wonderland- 4/5
it was very creative but of course I expect nothing less from burton. The only thing is that people keep telling me there is all this hidden meaning and what-not in this movie and I just don't understand what they're talking about haha, I just thought it was a crackhead movie about some girl falling in a hole and hallucinating.

You're on crack if you think we'll ever find out the truth in our lifetime. We still don't know the truth behind Kennedy's assassination and that was 47 years ago.

^ all credibility lost.
anyway, i almost wanted to start a new thread about this, but somehow i refrained.
2012. i've been wanting to see this since i first saw the trailer in theaters.
2/10 at best.... and that's being extremely generous.
the trailer i saw back in the day showed the best action scene in the movie, with improved sound effects. it looked bad ass, to put it lightly. with that said, this movie was an epic fail no matter how you look at it. jen passed out almost 2 hours ago, and i had to force myself awake to finish this god forsaken film. i just..... can't believe it. facepalms all around. my treat.
i give it a 2/10 because of the visuals, and that's just basically covering the beginning and end. the rest of the movie was horrible acting, scripting and directing. i'm very disappointed, but at the same time very glad i didn't waste money to see this shit in theater.

Let me clarify my statement. I was not trying to imply that I agree with his quote in any way. I do not believe our Government was behind the attacks but it would be naive to think that they had absolutely no idea that it was going to happen.
As for the last movie I saw,
10/10 - Hitchcock truly was a genius!

sorry for the double post, but we just finished watching metropolis.
considering this film is silent... and apparently like the first sci fi movie, it was pretty good.
actually reminded me of bioshock a little.
Spoiler: Click here to toggle spoileri wish the ending would have been darker, but it was still enjoyable.
i'll give this one a 7/10

Alice in Wonderland
8/10 - actually a good movie. Took parts of the first and second book (Through the Looking Glass) though they did change a bit if memory serves. Its been over a decade since I read the books.

It would be nothing but a let down. I want an original movie from his head, not a remake or sequel.
yeah, true that. good point. it's been too long.
