Okay, I really enjoyed this movie, but then again I think the cartoon is pretty neat even if I only catch an episode here or there. I can't understand the big issue people had with this. If you don't like the story or find it boring, that's fine--but what I heard more was exaggerated hyperbole about what a reeking pile this film was. I would say the only "bad parts" are Shyamalan's changing the pronounciation of Aang's name & trying to fit so much story in to one movie.

Definitely my favorite Jim Carrey movie. It was just so awesome.
Just finished watching this on HBO, had been wanting to see it. I didn't think it was too bad of a movie, but it seemed a little drawn out at times, interesting story, and there was one part of the movie I jumped like hell.
I'd give it a 7/10.
Better than I expected, but not as scary as I thought it would be.
The main ending was fucked up though, alternate ending was stupid.

Absolutely loved that movie, still trying to get my girlfriend to watch it.
Paranormal Activity 2 - 2/10, hated it, jumped once when the kitchen doors opened, and that was only because I forgot how loud I had the surround sound.

Just wondering, have you seen the first one?

I honestly couldn't tell you why I couldn't get into it....I just couldn't...I could see someone being an avatar fan getting into it...but I guess it just wasn't my thing

Yeah I watched the first one and I really liked it, up until the end that is.
Loved Gary Shandling as the d-bag senator. Liked the little tease after the credits.
Not really what I was expecting it to be, but had two of my favorite actresses in it. I was a little confused at why Netflix has it listed as a comedy, more depressing than funny.
Watched this last night, and what a crazy concept, the idea and the movie. I won't lie when I say I was confused at the end, but I figure after watching it again, I might be able to place my finger on it. Definitely a re-watchable movie.
8.5/10
Basically, a turkey runs around killing folks.
1/10
...however, easily in the top 3 best worst movies I've ever seen.
