RB2 DLC: 12/16

OK, I've decided to stop posting the RB DLC in the Xbox News section, because it doesn't get posted fast enough. No offense Hektic, just stating a fact. I know you have other things to do and that's fine. I just want the DLC post to be out on the day the actual DLC comes out.

This weeks DLC is five songs of country. Not a fan of country music, but depending on the difficulty I might pick up a track. EDIT: I just saw the Guitar charts for these song... wow. Tier 5, 4, 4, 6!!!!!, 4 respectively to the songs below.

Brad Paisley - "Mud on the Tires" -- 160MSP
Brooks & Dunn - "Hillbilly Deluxe" -- 160MSP
Dierks Bently - "Free and Easy (Down the Road I Go)" -- 160MSP
Dixie Chicks - "Sin Wagon" -- 160MSP

Wooha, I am sooo into Country, I have been asking for a Country Legends Game to come out soon. I hope this is an indication that they are trying to put one together. I would so love to hear some George Strait, Brad Paisley, Hank Jr, etc.

And by the way, you can save some points by buying the Country Pack for 680 instead of all separate for 160 each.

Of course my real love will be for the DJ Hero I hope the rumors are true about. Can you imagine coming out with a mini little mixing / scratching board for some crazy rap songs?

I think this is awesome.

Guitar Hero World Tour pleasantly surprised me with its' variety.
Not everyone is into hard rock, metal or alternative radio $#!t from the late 90's.

Apparently some of us greedy pigs prefer their vibrations COUNTRY-fied.

They are obviously going with rock-influenced country music. I don't think they will force you at gun point to buy a lap-sittin', steel-string guitar controller.

Whoa, simmer down there buddy. Until late last week I couldn't even publish news articles; that was strictly Z's job. As for Rock Band, I'm not a country fan, but I do enjoy the occasional Johnny Cash. If Ring of Fire was on there, I would be all over it. And you know when it drops Imma have me two of those turntables. That way when friends come over I can scratch out while spitting hot fire. In fact, where's Repo at, Im challengin him to a battle rap right here. Throw down tough guy!

My problem isn't with the country so much as the fact that it's... not rock. If I buy a game called ROCK band, I'd like Rock songs to be on it. That said... at least it's not more shitty rock from the 70s...

Thank you, its called ROCK BAND not rock and some country band I mean i know they try and please all there fans but even if harmonix made a game called country band I wouldn't buy it even though harmonix is great I want some Rock/Metal songs.
