It's childishly naive to not anticipate this sort of interpretation, especially considering the demographic most attracted to Xbox Live. I think these members were more than helpful, and seeing as they already told you your options, I don't see how a dive into humor was lacking tastefulness.

yea dude, kinda her/your fault on that one for not catching that, cause when makin a gt, you have to think of how others might see it. but go w/ what people said, put like an interest for it. id say initials/bday, but if you actually looked the ms code thing recommends not doing that (idk why but they have that in the thing when youre makin a gt)

You can't name yourself whatever suggestive thing you want and then get mad when people say something. Any of our suggestions would get reported and we'd have to change them, but they all ACTUALLY could be justified in a non sick way. It's good they're doing a name change for you... I'd kill to hear THAT phone conversation... and what the guy said after you hung up too... but I just don't think the harassing guy is going to have anything happen to him. I mean... you should have blocked him and been done with it. The features they put into live for your protection can only work if they're used correctly. If you got into arguments with him, the resulting conversations were as much your fault as his.
