I really would like to know what people think of this game, I'm considering getting it because i heard its similar to fallout3 which i really enjoyed.

in my opinion, fallout 3 is better, but yes, they are very similar.
if you liked fallout and you enjoy fantasy, yeah, i can't see why you'd dislike it lol.
i really loved the game.

You'll love it. I did the same thing, fully completed fallout and needed my rpg fix so I went straight to Oblivion and found it to be extremely fun and similiar.

Oblivion in my amazing opinion (haha) is much better than fallout. Maybe it's because I'm tired of shooters? Oblivion is the first game I ever bought, and best one.

Oblivion is in my top 5 of all time! That includes all games, not just on 360! I highly endorse it! I am just sad when I see people give up on it really fast due to being overwhelmed. If you are patient, you will absolutely be rewarded with a rich and deep game. Also, Shivering Isles DLC, is fantastic! The DLC is big enough to be a stand alone retail game!
Must play for any action RPG fan! 10/10

just like evol said...you need to be patient and give it a chance. Right after I got out of the sewers I couldnt get into the ame anymore, but when I closed my first portal, IDK what it was about it but I was hooked. It is a great game
I have yet to finish it, I have to get it again, I bought it from gamestop 3 different times before I got into it. I was working a lot and didnt have a chance to play it, once I did I forgot what the hell I was suppose to be doing...lol
Great game, its one of those that I forced myself to play and give it a chance, maybe thats what you should do just starting out. You will be greatly rewarded.......and its cooler with the money glitch, lol....thats why i always played it offline.....lol

A patch has been set out for it for a while now, youd have to clear your cache and play offline for it to work....but here this the youtube video....

All you have to do is kill the dude and start taking his gold...you dont have to run him all throughout the house.....but this works, its what i did....I hated worrying about gold to get weapons and repair stuff, so I did this....
