After several hours of reading Head Rush Ajax, and then many more hours of scripting, I've finally finished enough of the new chat to be released to you guys. It's simplistic, and gets the job done. More features will be added, and you can always request something.

There's a new feature added to the chat. Now when someone starts typing, you'll be able to tell because of the pencil in parenthesis next to their name. Ukfan came up with the idea yesterday, and with his help it's finished tonight. He made the sexy little green pencil image.

The chat has been updated, again. Clicking on a user's name in the user list will create a little box with a link to the user's profile. More functionality might be added to this box in the future. Any suggestions are welcome. Also, I came one giant step closer to adding the sounds when a new user enters the chat. It shouldn't be long now. Last but not least, I am pretty confident I fixed the bug that was randomly turning off the chat and deleting messages and members from the user list.
