Kotaku has a story up that sheds some light on the Yoda/Vader DLC for both the PS3 and Xbox 360. And the pricing isn't good. Apparently, Namco Bandai will be charging 400 MS points in Japan for the right to download (or more likely, unlock) Yoda or Vader off the respective Soulcalibur games. In Japan, the DLC becomes available on October 23rd, but no word yet on when or how much in the States. However, precedent has been set...

SC4 was good but it wasn't good enough for me to drop 400ms points on Vader. They should have released this when the game first came out, I might of bought it then. I've beaten the game numerous times now and playing Vader doesn't seem to be worth it, but attach some achievements to him and I'll get it.

Lame if they charge that much. Maybe 100 points but it should be free due to the fact it's on the disc already. If it was new Jedi or Sith that would be different.

why do you say yoda or vader? yoda is on the game...so, it just dlc for vader O-o unless japan doent have either...which would screw them over on achievements (unlocking apprentice, and the encount w/ the unknown)
