I don't really think it matters what difficulty. Any 60 something year old lady that probably does not play the game regularly or at all and can get that high of a note streak...is pretty forkin awesome!

Yeah it's DLC, a 3 pack of songs for GH3. She's a freakin' nutter for the band. When we saw them last time here in Houston we hung out with them before the show and she gave the singer a stethoscope that he was later playing with on stage, listening to the guitarists' heartbeats while they were playing solos and hitting the drummer and stuff, it was hilarious. He tried to hand it down to her (she was right in the front of the pit, as usual) but she told him to keep it.
She actually does play music/rhythm games semi-regularly. I got her GH3 a long time ago and she beat everything on Easy and Normal within a week or two so then I got her Rock Band 2 and GHWT and she plowed through those. Nowadays she mainly just plays Through the Fire and Flames over and over but that above score was damned impressive because it's only the second or third time she's played a DLC song.
