Wanted: Weapons of Fate is fun to play and pretty easy to 1k. The only hard part is the collectibles, and there are guides for those. The difficulty achievements stack. But you have to play through once to unlock the hardest difficulty. I ran through the hardest difficulty and only died twice. If you like the movie than you will love the game. The game picks up 5 hours after the movie ends. Even if you've never seen the movie the game is fun. Being able to curve bullets alone is part of the fun. You can also cheat three of the achievements. They are for playing through the game in three different unlockable modes. But done right you only have to play through the last level once for each achievement.
This guide has a video walk through for each level for the collectibles and other random achievements:

Lost: Via Domus should be added to the waffle list. The walkthrough videos are on youtube and the game can be completed for 1000/1000 the first run through which only takes part of one day to complete.
Also, during the Shivering Isle expansion for Oblivion, there will come a time when you have to choose whether to go with the dark or the light. Save before this option so you can come back to it later on and get two additional achievements.

Just play the golden gun game over & over again. You rack up the credits a lot quicker than any of the other modes.
Also, History Channel's Civil War: Secret Missions could be added to the list. Real easy 1k. Difficulties are stackable and no tedious easter eggs. Follow the achievement guide at xbox360achievements.org and you can get close to 800 in one play-through. The only tedious achievement is completing all the missions under the target time. I beat it on the hardest difficulty and then went back to do the target times on the easy.

I was on the fence about adding Lost VD because I did enjoy it and it wasn't a difficult 1000Gs, but I honestly wouldn't recommend the game as a fun waffler. To me, it's in the same vein as grinding the Maddens, ie you're not really playing, you're just going through whatever steps are required to unlock 'cheevos.
Yes, ShellShock does suck. i am embiggening my spirit by forging ahead through it.
I can't believe I forgot WANTED:WoF but DD's excellent post says everything you need to know!

I'd add Eat Lead to this list. I went through it twice, but you can enter a code and pick up all the difficulty achievements in one go. When you are done you can also pick individual levels to earn the weapons achievements.
For me, a waffle game is any game that's easily done and DOES NOT HAVE FREAKING COLLECTION ACHIEVEMENTS. Collection achievements are second only to ON LINE achievements as the worst idea ever.

Lego Batman and Lego Indy! Both very fun games and not really hard at all. Cheats make them easier and don't disable achievements. If anyone does play these let me know so I can give out some tips.

Thanks for the tip Grenade, I wasn't even going to try those two since I got burnt out on lego star wars but now I will.
Golden, I agree with you, Wanted WOF was a surprisingly fun game. More games need an ability where you can pop enemies when you're both behind cover! Doing it with the dads' dual auto pistols was lollerskates

It would have been great if you could snipe people like they did in the movie.

Eat Lead should be put into the list, its an easy and somewhat enjoyable 1000GS, except for the sea monster and and final boss the game was a breeze. Quantum of Solace was an incredibly easy and entertaining 1000GS. Multiplayer achievements are not bad and credits can rack up quickly through Golden Gun mode.

Add most RPG if time is not a factor most can be finished in 3-4 days, Transformers,Starwars Trilogy, CoD 2 and 4,Marval Alliance 1,Blazing Angles 1, Dig Dug, Wolfenstien, Phantasy Star 2,Shadow Assault Tenchu, and Arkadian Warriors.
Yeah I barely multi-player so I can't comment on those.
