This thread is being made in an attempt to help give Me motivation into getting the 100K mark in my gamerscore.
I started out this year at 20k, and began my journey into Waffle Land. I have played great games, crappy games, and many boring games just to take away from it as much Gamer Score points out of a 1000. Dealing with collectibles, hordes of enemies of the same fighting strategy, even riddles, just to get those points. I had even been forced to play certain mediocre games, more than once, just to attain my goals. What a long journey indeed, it has been.
I am now just beginning my 10th month on this journey and have since gained over 77k from when I first began. At the beginning of my journey, 100k, seemed so far away, and at times, I had gone dry and stopped gaming. Good thing I had great friends who have kept me motivated to keep gaining those points. Those people, Golden138, STD360, Ab Intestato, and quite a few others have contributed their help in some sort of way or another and I thank them dearly for that help.
Right now as I am nearing the 100k mark, I have found myself almost not wanting to hit that goal, as I am afraid I will slow down and not contribute anymore. It has been a fun year indeed so far and it is far from over as well!
So Starting from this minute/moment, I will begin my counting of the days until I hit my 100k Goal, which will net me the position of the 2nd Legit New Mexican citizen to hit that 100k mark. Her0 0f Hyrule was the first, and is in 1st place as we speak, congrats to him on that accomplishment.
Future Goals...To Take 1st Place Spot in NM
So today will be Day One. Lets see how fast I can hit that 100k!
