How to report verbal abusers?
I am tired of these foul mouthed kids that think they can call you whatever they want and totally abuse the mic capability in the game. (COD4, RS6-Vegas, Halo3, etc..)
Selecting the "gamertag" and reporting the "language" abuser isn't enough.

I am looking for some feedback on what can be done?

Here is my train of thought:
1. Most of the time, you can tell by the kids voice he is probably under-age for the game... i.e. ESRB rating "M" for Mature or 17+ recommended player.
2. I'll bet when they are getting foul mouthed, their parents are not close by to hear such language and would not approve (I would hope not)!
3. More than likely, the XBOX Live account was bought and the account paid for by the parent.... therefore, I want to e-mail the account holder (in this example, the parent) and inform him/her of the verbal abuse, cursing, and overall bad manners being displayed.

I am interested in hearing your thoughts, please respond with your opinion and any info (details please) on how to hunt down these kids and at least let their parents know of the inappropriate language being used in the game(s).

I'm with you all the way but XBL would not give personal emails and plus it wouldn't help contacting the parents I mean they most likely would have to bought the game for their kids I mean I still get carded at gamestop for buying rated 'M' games

I just turn off the voice capabilities for everyone unless you're on my friends list or I know my whole team. There's always at least one asshole on my team that likes to be a douche.

If they violate the TOS file a complaint, don't just avoid them.

I believe even profanity violates the TOS.

I just mute them or say their retarded and file complaint and avoid... not that the complaints do anything, but it still feels good inside.

Like previously stated you can report them and leave bad feedback so youre less likely to be matched with them again and then file a complaint. If enough people file complaints they CAN get banned for awhile but from my understanding it takes some time. I like to sit there sometimes and go through EVERY, SINGLE persons profile on my friends list and report them if I feel it is inappropriate simply because Im sure my son will play online one day and I dont need him repeating idiotic insults that people spew online or making his bio into something out of Jet Grind Radio (Graffiti, for those of you who havent played the game.) Awesome game though, lol
