I don't know...but anyways even if I had been considered racist cause of 'proud to be Ukrainian' I could just retort with: but you hear 'proud to be American' or 'proudly made in the USA' or 'proud to be black' or whatever. You can be proud of your heritage and not be racist, so long as you don't make it out to be 'my race is better than yours!' that is the definition of racism. Belief in a particular race being superior than another.
