actually just the opposite is true. lime green is bright when its dark and a light shines on it. in bright light its just hard to see.
but when its dark and a simple light flashes on it its really bright, hence why ravers cover their clothing in neon colors, such as neon orange, neon blue, LIME/NEON green, pink, yellow, etc...
thats also why people who wear safety vests, theyres almost always that neon orange color or neon yellow/green...cause they stick out VERY easily
