First, log in to your 360voice account, then click Settings up in the top right corner
This will take you to the Blog Settings page, and the link for Watch List is the last one at the bottom
It will take you to a page where you can put in up to 20 GamerTags
Also make sure that you have enabled comments on your blog (do this at the second link on this page, 'Blog Comments')
