It sounds like it's an interview with Bungie discussing the new features in Halo 3 as opposed to Halo 2 (The new video system, map editor, etc.) I don't think we'll see any new features (such as maps or matchmaking additions) just yet.

dont ruin my hopes and dreams...it seems like i play the same 3 maps all night long when i play Team Slayer...not that i dont enjoy new maps but geesh
