I watched to first 3 or 4 episodes before I dropped Starz a couple months ago and loved it.

Hmmm.....if you had Dish, Starz is free.
I didn't think Camelot was going to be all that great, but I was pleasantly surprised. Season 1 had a great story line to it.
Finished watching Band of Brothers. That was a damn impressive mini-series. I loved how in the end they tied it into The Pacific. Now I'm going to have to sink some more hours into t.v. watching.

That's funny. They never offered Starz for free when I was a customer with them for almost 4 years. I imagine they gave it to you for free as part of your package deal or as a promo when you signed up. The only movie channels they gave us for free were all the Encore channels. HBO, Showtime, Starz and Cinemax were all extra.
Stargate sg1
stargate atlantis
Fire fly
falling skies
true blood
game of thrones
mad men

It's actually free for all Dish members. You get it free for a year because Starz is celebrating its 10th year anniversary. For anyone interested, it's on channel 350 - 356. Encore is also free in the deal and it's on channel 340.
Back on topic: I've been watching a lot of tv lately because of Netflix. A few months ago I finished all the seasons of Lost for the first time. I'm in the middle of Rescue Me. I finished watching all the seasons of Grey's Anatomy on Netflix so I switched over to watching that on Hulu Plus. Almost finished watching Merlin. Good story, and decent acting but those graphics. They are almost early 2000. Not sure if they just have a low budget or just don't have any good artists. We don't have HBO, so I'm going through a True Blood withdrawl.
You guys should give it a try.

What!? Those bastards didn't give me Skinemax.
If you have Netflix, you're not missing out on anything that is coming on the Starz channel. It's all available through instant.
