the judge has to grant her request to appeal, its state law. I'm sure she will try to lie and come up with some really bad stuff that I did to our daughter like always, but the courts see right through that.

Oof, good luck, just went to court last month for a minor infraction and got off with a small fine and I gotta keep my nose clean for a year. at least I got the day out of work with pay!

I work in the juvenile court system as a Probation Officer and very much get involved with custody issues. In fact, we have a big nasty one going on at the moment and I, too, am fighting for dad to get custody.
But for them to give dad (i.e. you) custody says ALOT to me. I don't know all the details, but you have definately earned the custody of your daughter. And ya know what, it's awesome that you even care about it in the first place. So many dads love their kids, but do not take the time nor energy to fight for them like you have. That is incredibly heart warming for me to see.
