I've been there Top Dog. Good luck with it. I fought with my ex for months just to get joint custody. She finally agreed. I hated being a "weekend dad".

I am sooooo sorry Dogs for not reading this post earlier. I am really happy for you bro! Glad you got custody, which is something I cannot say as I have two son's that i have not met, that live in california with their grandmother and I am getting hit for child support.
I go to court in July for custody and I hope I win. My biggest thing is the childrens mother abandoned them, so that is my only defense...
