Stupid Question about the DLC and the Braaaaaaaaaaaaains! achievement. Do I have to finish collecting for this mission before I beat the storyline for Zombie Island? Just wanted to make sure it wasn't like some of the DLC for Fallout 3 where once you finished and left you could go back. I've only got one mission left other than that one and wanted to make sure I didn't screw myself out of the achievement and the full GS.

Well,I went to the Gearbox community forum to see if there was any mention of the DLC Splitscreen achievement glitch. After sifting through tons of achievement glitch threads, I found exactly what what we had ran into. It's pending investigation right now.
In the meantime, I deleted the DLC from my HD and reinstalled it after I loaded the game back up. As soon as my game loaded up, Lady's achievements popped, but mine didn't. I had to delete it a second time and load up a single player game and reinstall the DLC and mine finally popped. What a pain in the ass!!
So I don't know how many of you play splitscreen co-op, but if you do and your achievements don't unlock in the DLC when they should, keep playing. You'll most likely be deleting and reinstalling the DLC if this happens, until a patch comes out!

I finally finished off the DLC last night for the full GS. Just in time for the new dlc to come out this coming week. I must say, I love this game, but the damn brains thing was annoying.

I agree with the Braaaaaains thing being annoying! I'm glad I didn't have to do it all over again! I need to get to level 50 and I'm finished with the current score.

it's really not that bad if you start with that mission.
jen and i both basically did. she finished it before the MQ and i think i did too.
i know krueger did that LAST... and that's gotta' blow lol.
he hooked me up with an awesome rifle with burst fire and regenerating ammo.
made it very easy for me. each zombie took 2-3 criticals with each burst.

I'm never worried about ammo. My support class has +11 ammo regeneration. So my ammo is regenerating as I use it. I ran though with my shotgun that foes 150 x 11 damage and just kept popping heads. Now I can't wait for the new DLC.
