dude, tell Microsoft they suck at banning people and maybe they should check out the motto before they actually go off and ban people instead using an automatic banning process

Unfortunately, I have been avoiding Live lately because I've had a bad rash of people that I've joined up with. Too many people saying racial slurs that drive me nuts. If you hate a certain race, fine. That's your choice. However, do you really feel the need to get on a headset and repeat this crap over and over again to a bunch of people who don't know you, nor care what you say?
The policing of Live does need to get better. However, it's an extremely difficult situation because someone can simply get worked up over a disagreement and can hit the "Violation of TOS" button and file a complaint.
I've found myself enjoying one player games a lot, lately. Eventually, I'll go back on Live and find some more matches or a better group of people (I hope) to play with.
