Maturity is entirely subjective. Personally, I think sexual references in gamertags are great. It has economic benefits because whenever someone reports my gamertag, I get a free gamertag change. It works because I'm generally pretty fickle. Also, people with a sense of humor get a chuckle out of it.

I have to fully agree with you on this matter... though I have never had a complaint about my gamertag as most people don't even know how to pronounce it. It's funny to hear others in multiplayer screw it up.
