i have a weird taste in anime. i admit it. i mean i like blood plus, ghost in the shell, death not. but i really cant stand to watch bleach very often. i also like Azumanga Daioh too. i did like the anime movie jin roh also. and theres also Puni Puni Poemi. and i cant think of the names of the others at the moment. so yes my taste in anime is odd.

i never finished GTO i got to about ep 34 and stopped, i just kinda lost interest.
try out Sumomomo Momomo, Maburaho also isnt bad, its not hilarious but its funny

so i just finished that kodomo no jikan. and it was pretty good. it was funny and sad at times. it wasnt bad. so im gunna start watchin either excel saga or neon genesis evangelion.

actually the truth is i think my complete favorite anime ever was ghost in the shell. ive seen both movies. and every episode of the both seasons of the tv show.

Detreth, if/when you do watch Excel Saga let me know what you think.
If you decide to go for Evangelion instead, I know for a fact you'll like it. And if you want more that's somewhat in that vein but a little lighter, check out RahXephon.

Although I agree with Raine--personally, I liked NGEvangelion, but I didn't find it to be spectacularly rapturous like a lot of anime fans do. I'd still rather watch an old Gundam but that's me.

I freaking love Evangelion, I need to learn Japanese just so I can watch the new movies coming out.

I also like FLCL and Eureka Seven, I'm looking at getting those on DVD.
