Damn, that sucks Captain. I would suggest transferring your gamertag to another console, maybe a friend's of someone you trust, that way whoever got your 360 cannot mess around with your account. Hope you get it back man.

something similar happened to Dan Amrich over at OXM.
Him and his family pooled their money together to buy someone a 360.
They gave it too him early.
3 days later someone broke into his house and stole it.
