They used to send a box and prepaid shipping label, it was lovingly referred to as the "coffin".

It could take up to 2 weeks for you to get the mailing label from Microsoft, but the good news is once you get it and box up your console and send it off, the turnaround is really fast. My label took a little over 2 weeks to arrive but it was exactly 7 days from the day I shipped the box off to the day I got my sweetheart back.
