Mine would definately be the Grand Theft Auto and Halo Franchise, which were my two main games to play ever since my first Xbox. However, I think the only game I've ever played since the beginning and stuck to was Pokemon ever since Red and Blue.

Gears of War and my other one isn't really a franchise addiction, but anything Bioware slaps their name on I buy on day one and play til my eyes bleed.
