Which are your favourite Marvel Cinematic Universe phase 2 films, and why?

Mine are Avengers Age of Ultron, and Ant-Man.

Age of Ultron because, even if it wasn't as enjoyable as previous Avengers, I loved seeing the bigger crew including War Machine and Scarlet Witch, and I liked the development of most of the characters. LOL Quicksilver got the shit shot out of him LOL.

Ant-Man because I was not expecting it to be so fun and funny, Paul Rudd absolutely killed it and Michael Douglas as Hank Pym was very cool. Evangeline Lily was also surprisingly good as Hope.

I normally like Thor a lot but Dark World was underwhelming unless you're a Loki/Tom Hiddleston fanboy/girl.
Guardians of the Galaxy was better than I was expecting, it would be a close third.
Iron Man 3 was pretty bad except for when Pepper briefly became "Rescue". Iron Patriot sucks so bad.

Guardians of the Galaxy. Why? Because even if the MCU didn't exist it still is the best super hero "Ensemble" movie ever made. It doesn't depend on old movies for subtext. None of the characters are irrelevant and seem lost in the shuffle to one overpowered guy or huge name actor.
