He did a liquid diet, Stacker 2s, wrapped his stomach tightly in plastic wrap, and then the night before he left, all he drank was magnesium citrate. It ruined Sprite for him, and he spent the night on the toilet, but he got in with inches to spare (he went for BF% over weight).
