Walmart MoneyCard Grinds my gears:
Three weeks ago the Walmart Visa MoneyCard gets stolen and this asshole spends $100 in a mom and pop store. I call WMC center and report it stolen, the guy says I will have a replacement card within 3-4 business day and the $100 will be credited back to the Visa MoneyCard.
Yesterday, THREE WEEKS LATER, we receive the card, WITHOUT the $100 back on the card. So I call WMC ONCE AGAIN and ask when I can expect to have it credited back to the card, to which I was informed that I have to send a letter to WMC stating that the card was stolen and ask to have the money credited to the card, and within 3-4 weeks it will be credited back.
I end up cussing the lady out (which was not her fault but I am up to my limit with these people) saying that the guy I spoke to never told me to send a letter and if he had told me I would have wrote the letter and already sent it in and by now I would just be waiting for them to put it back on the card.
I got laid off from my job about a month ago, so the couple hundred dollars left on that card could make and break us right now, but because of this asshole who stole my card and WMC we are going to be scraping by until this can be resolved.
*end rant*

Cleveland's Dept of Public Safety or whatever can go fuck themselves! I get a delinquency notice today about a red light traffic camera citation from April. They say I disregarded the previous notice but I never fuckin received ANY previous notice about it. Now they tack and extra 20 bucks onto the previous fine of $100 and I apparently forfeited any right to contest it because I "disregarded" the first notice. What a crock of shit! Had I actually received the first notice I would have already paid it off.

Contact your alderman; tell him you never received anything. If you give him enough shit, they'll just drop the ticket altogether.
That's what happened to me . Hope you have the same luck.

THEY'RE EVERYWHERE where I live... Probably 8/10 lights within a 50 mile radius have them... They're pretty ridiculous. That's why I keep a roll of duct tape in my trunk, I always tape up my plates wherever I go because of those cameras, and if I get pulled over I say, "FUCK MY FRIENDS," and the cops always let me off .

LOL. Well luckily they are not where I am, and I hope they never will be. So basically you can get a ticket without even coming in contact with a officer?

Yep. They take your plate # and search for who it's registered to and then mail you the citation. So, it's entirely possible that you could get a ticket if someone else, say your spouse or kid, run a red light in a vehicle registered in your name. I'm pissed cause this is the first violation I've have in almost six years.

On top of that, an officer can pull you over for going through the same light, a red light cam is NOT a moving violation and only a civil or township violation (entirely different than the actual traffic laws).
I know a couple people who have gotten nailed by both a cop and a cam for the same violation.

LOL Apparently Ohio just recently passed a law allowing police officers to ticket people for speeding if they "think" they're going above the speed limit. No, I'm dead serious. There are so many ramifications behind this, especially considering tickets cost more depending on how fast you're going...
Isn't that what they did already? lol

I got a ticket once by a cop who was a street over and couldn't see me, apparently my car sounded like it was going WAY to fast for that neighborhood.
I took it to court and won, but still, that was bogus as hell.

lulz.
i've only been pulled over once, and it was because a cop pulled onto the road behind me and i turned onto a different road right after. little did he know, i lived on that road. LOL. sucker thought i was dodging him. he just followed me until i pulled into my driveway, and THEN he put his lights on. (yeah, he was a bad ass like that)
after he realized i lived there, he said "uh.... you have a broken tail light."
i didn't, of course.
