Although I agree with you to an extent, there has to be some sort of guidelines towards box art. Just because a game is Rated M doesn't meant that a child won't go into gamestop and grab the game off the shelf and look at it. I mean there has to be some limit for something that is usually displayed publicly in a store where kids go right?

Not a matter of racism. Its a matter of a picture of someone hanging themselves. Even had I not had the personal tragedy of someone I care about doing that I would not want my kids to see that. Its more of a "disturbing" image. Just because as adults it doesn't bother many of us, nor does it bother many older teens its still not something little kids need to see...
Edit: Okay so I just found the original box art. I stand corrected. Its a silhouette of a hanged corpse. Not nearly what I thought it was.
I thought it was a clear picture of a hanged person. I guess that is a little iffy for censorship...

Agreed. When I heard about it my mind went to a clearly depicted person hanging from a tree. I was thinking this isn't something I really want to see, nor would want my kids to see.
I didn't realize it was just a part of the name of the game and a silhouette. I guess with all the stuff that does get through the censors I figured it would have been a lot worse than it was.... Either way, it doesn't matter since the ESRB said 'no.'

Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime. Gayest game in the world. I'm on level 10, and its fucking impossible solo. The worst part is that my co-op partners are levels behind. 
I hate this fucking game. /rant
