The "Grinds my Gears" thread has been closed/deleted in the past due to people deciding to make it a public place to complain about other members. The ones in the past also had the stipulation of no "thinly veiled complaints" against other members, which means not to complain about another member without their name pretending you are complaining about members in general.
This has always been a great thread to vent problems about your day/life/work etc. Please don't turn it into something that has to be closed or deleted.
