im pretty sure ive signed up for this rewards program like 23u85902209 times....but everytime i hit "log in" it goes w/ my old account/name (takkuhoh) n idk how to get that change...and then everytime i go on the site it keeps saying "we have your request to join the program! please allow up to 36 hours to process" WHAT DA FUK

This is a clever shame to get new xbox live customers. I signed up for it and I noticed what you can earn points for (subscribing to netflix, first purchase on xbox live, xbox live membership, and taking surveys). I thought well I've done all those things so I should get lots points. Then I read the faq section and found out that if you sign up for xbox rewards after you've done those things you don't get points for them... lame!
It's like 1 v.s. 100 it will be gone within a year. Microsoft doesn't like giving away free stuff.

I wrote Microsoft and asked why haven't I received my points for Netflix. Here is their response:
