I have had my Xbox 360 slim console for maybe 2 years and it's worked great up until about the beginning of this year. It still plays all of my games and downloadable content just fine but it's been slow to start and also slow loading any other screens on the home screen (guide, recent, pins, etc.). Any suggestions on how to fix this problem or what might be causing it?

My 360 has ran slow ever since they started using Operation Shit...I mean Metro (whatever they call the stupid theme of the dash), I have over 80 GB left on my hard drive and it still runs like asshole

I have a GoW slim and it has been slower than my old fats since day 1, even before I had the HDD loaded with
