Watch out people. There are already scammers out there sending out fake Beta invites. I got one and it looked legit at first but the link to sign up didn't look right. I logged into live and contacted a Service Rep about it and sent a link to her and sure enough it was Fake. If I would have entered my asked for User ID and Password I would have been Screwed.

Not sure if its because of the beta, but my console was banned. I signed on today to play Skyrim and finish downloading Arkham City and a message pops up saying my console has been banned. I don't do anything illegal, I have bought each game that I own and have never modified my xbox in any way. I didn't have my xbox for 7 months then a month after I get it back I'm banned.
