I'm pretty damn sure that charles guy had his consul banned for some reason. He was on my FL briefly after this came out after I set up a MP event. He sent a pm on Live saying his consul was banned. He was ranked as high a #4 at one point, somehow having time to log in 60 hours of MP in the first week or so.
